Guided meditation and relaxation

Music For Meditation And Relaxation

Relaxation is an important part of taking care of yourself and is, in my opinion, the key to a happy life. We all need to relax from time to time, but that's often easier said than done. For many of us, certain types of music does wonders to alleviate stress and tension. I know it helps me a great deal when I need to wind down and de-stress.

Recently I did some research on guided meditation and stress relief and stumbled upon a site called MediHeaven. I must say I found it quite fascinating!

MediHeaven Guided Meditations

MediHeaven is a Web 3.0 virtual world designed for meditation, relaxation and renewal. I tried their free trial few days ago and I just couldn't believe how relaxed I felt. And all it takes is 15 minutes. It's a guided meditation where you follow the story with relaxing music, soothing female voice and natural sound effects. This is a great way to relax, meditate and break from the mental chatter of everyday life.

If you're wondering what Mediheaven can do for you - try the Secret Garden FREE meditation for yourself right now. They offer two free sessions and I'm sure you'll find it a rewarding experience.

Like they say on the website: It's like paradise for your mind! I think it's an exceptional guided meditation and relaxation service.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Thanks for this hub. I, too, am interested in the health benefits of relaxation. I would invite you to visit my hubs on relaxation as well.

I have been using Guided Meditations for years and they truly are relaxing. I struggle with normal meditation because my mind won't settle so having a voice to listen to is ideal for me. Some of my favourite meditations are by Robbie Wright and he also has some free meditations on his site www.robbiesguidedmeditation.co.uk
